  • Be honest in all dealings with paying client and candidates whom entrust their details to us.
  • Tell all clients about any all fees before working with you and should you require temporary staff be transparent in the breakdown of costs to the penny.
  • Give honest feedback based on the needs and expectations of the companies we represent. Should someone not have the skills required to undertake a role we will never miss knowingly sell a person into an interview.
  • Be realistic about what we can achieve and time parameters
  • Be courteous. Treat all parties we come into contact with in the same manner we would hope to be treated.
  • Return phone messages promptly
  • Deal with complaints promptly and professionally

All candidates recruited for roles located within 40 miles of our office will be interviewed face to face. This gives us an indication of how they conduct themselves, their level of understanding of the role they have applied to and the business they would represent if successful in their application.

We check every candidates right to work and will not work/represent any person whom is not able to supply us with original documentation when requested.
